MUSIC VIDEO, Bradenton, FL.
Wow, the last couple of months have been pretty hectic. Actually it doesn't have to do with much of the wedding scene, even though we did do a few weddings and E-sessions, it has to do with a music video that we have been planning to film on June 28th in Bradenton, FL. This is a huge project for us and we are excited to do it thats for sure. I have been traveling back and forth from Yuma to FL lately and am pretty confident this video is going to be amazing. Rye Road an up and coming country/rock band, produced the song Ooh Wee (Just What I Need) Ooh Wee Song Here and thats the song we will be producing.
Anyways, we need lots of extra's and a little bit bigger tech crew:
Positions we are looking for,
Make-up artist-
Photographer (Will be using my professional equipment)-
Backstage camera man-
Lighting Director-
Grips-
If your interested in any of these positions please let me know. This would make a great portfolio piece for you.

So the last couple of weeks....
Did a few things the last couple of weeks and will be posting them within the next few days. I also figured out that I was allergic to Oak or the glue that is in the plywood I was using to build a desk, wasn't a pretty sight for about a week and half. I wasn't allergic to anything until my encounter last week haha. The 10% discount is over. I apologize to those that have called since the ending of it. However, we are working up some things for Senior Pictures. Stay tuned in the next couple of days for that. =) Its good, believe me, we are just working on the last details.
Been busy busy busy... Yuma, AZ
Crazy last couple of weeks. We have been shooting a lot lately and have been trying to work in meetings with new clients at the same time.
So here we go..... Our shoot at a friends Night of Style! Some crazy hair make-ups thats for sure! Shay was our host from Studio 7 Hair Salon.

Next we have Lynette and Brent's engagement shoot! It was another great day to shoot some pics, but we almost got mauled by a guy that was sleeping behind a brick wall, haha. I took this couple to a few different places that I recently scoped out.

So I took it upon myself to start shooting myself once every week. The reason is simple, to get better at studio lighting. In the photographer world learning is never ending. Finding new techniques, or new poses never ceases, thats what makes my job sooooo fun. You can take a picture and look at it on your camera and think well thats not to great, but then take it to the office and make it become a award winning picture! It is the best job in the world no doubt!
Here are the last couple of weeks of my self portraits:

My Cologne ad haha:

Tyler and Liz - Yuma, AZ.
Yesterday we shot another wedding in Yuma, AZ. however it was NEW for us. We have never stepped foot into the church nor the reception hall until yesterday. The church just opened up in November, I believe. The place was beautiful, it had great lines for photos and really made Tyler and Liz's pictures just stand out!
It was a great day outside, we did have some wind but it was manageable, but all in all it was a awesome day to shot photos.
Tyler and Liz were soooooooo... lovely! They made us feel like we were family, always asking if we needed something to drink and stuff, its their wedding day and they are still trying to make every feel comfortable and have the time of their life? That just shows the kind of people they are.
Everyone was really fantastic, except one guy haha, he missed his chair and fell on the ground, I just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and he blamed it on me. He was a little drunk (okay maybe really drunk) so I didn't think much of it, haha, it made me laugh though.
So check out the pictures and tell us what you think. We took about 2200 photos yesterday, here is only 6 or 7 of them.

Flagstaff Trip!!! Jan. 8, 2009-Jan 11, 2009
We just got home from our wonderful trip! Flagstaff was the destination, and skiing was the main attraction. I only fell once, but that one time I fell I couldn't stop sliding, I slid down half the mountain it seemed like. =/ No one had to get rushed to the hospital so that was a good thing! We did take a few pictures of course and as promised here are a few of them.
I experimented with something called HDR, giving the picture more of a tonal range.
